Submitting a booking inquiry does not constitute acceptance of a non-refundable charge or other financial obligation without prior disclosure and agreement.

For reservations made through third-party platforms, such as Airbnb or Booking.com, the terms of the relevant reservation and the applicable platform rules govern where relevant.
